Four Buildings Across Gatlinburg
We manage six condos in Gatlinburg across four buildings, each in a different part of town. Olde Gatlinburg Place puts you two blocks from the Parkway downtown. High Alpine sits in Chalet Village near the Ober Gatlinburg tramway. High Chalet is perched at the top of the mountain for panoramic views. Village Stream is a quieter spot minutes from downtown with a mountain stream below the balcony. Sizes run from 550 to 1,095 square feet, and every one has a fireplace.

Where are the Gatlinburg condos located?
Our Gatlinburg condos are in and around downtown Gatlinburg, within walking distance of the strip, restaurants, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Do stays include free attraction tickets?
Yes. Every booking includes a free attraction ticket per night, powered by Xplorie. Use them at Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, the SkyLift Park, and other Gatlinburg attractions.
Is parking available?
Yes, all buildings include on-site parking. Gatlinburg's downtown can get congested in peak season, so having a parking spot at the condo is a real convenience.
How close are the condos to the national park?
The main entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is at the south end of Gatlinburg, about a 5-minute drive from most of our buildings.
Are the condos suitable for families?
Yes. Most units sleep 4 to 6 guests and include a full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer. Check individual listings for exact sleeping configurations.
