How many free tickets do I get?
You receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day of your stay. That means one person gets in free to each attraction, every day. You can visit every activity on the list every single day if you choose. The tickets reset daily.
What if I have more than one person in my group?
The complimentary ticket covers one admission per activity per day. Additional guests in your party can purchase tickets directly at the attraction. It's a great way to offset the cost of a family or group outing.
How do I receive my tickets?
Simply choose the activities you'd like to enjoy and your complimentary admission tickets will be emailed directly to you. No waiting in lines, no picking up vouchers, straight to your inbox.
Do unused tickets roll over to the next day?
No. Admissions are noncumulative and expire daily. If you don't use a ticket on a given day, it does not carry over. Plan your days to make the most of every admission.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
No. Tickets are nontransferable and are intended for the registered guests of your Dream in the Smokies booking only.
Is there any cost or obligation to use the tickets?
Absolutely none. These activities are yours to use at no additional cost or obligation. If you choose not to use them, that's perfectly fine. There's no pressure and no hidden fees.
Do all Dream in the Smokies properties qualify?
Yes. All of our Smoky Mountain properties in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge qualify for Xplorie tickets. Our Alabama beach properties are not part of the Xplorie program.
